I’m not here to tell you what you want to hear.

I’m here to tell you what it’ll take to make the idea work.

Account, then project management, then integrated production. Fifteen years of turning creative ideas into finished work, and of keeping the spirit of an idea alive given whatever realities show up.

About

Three seats, one job.

I’ve sat in all three chairs that tend to blame each other.

On the account side, I learned what clients are promised. As a project manager, I learned how budgets, schedules, scope and staffing decide whether an idea gets a fair chance. In integrated production, I learned what it takes to make the thing real once the plan meets creative, technology, vendors and review.

That’s why I don’t treat production as the last step. A concept can be great and still impossible at the approved budget. A build can be sound and still stall on feedback nobody resolved. A regulated video can make its date and leave a mess for whoever versions it next. I’d rather catch all of that while there’s still time to do something about it.

I’ve produced websites, AR, CRM, integrated campaigns, animation and real-patient documentary for consumer, financial, technology and pharmaceutical brands. On pharma shoots, legal review happens at the breaks, not in the middle of someone’s answer, so real people can stay real on camera.

Some jobs need someone leading producers, vendors and big budgets. Others need someone in the spec, the staging link and the QA tracker. I’m comfortable doing both.

After the work is over, we can still talk about life.
